Refund and Cancellation Policy: Classes

Class fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class for which you have registered, you may register for an alternative class for six months from the original class date by calling 970-685-7797. If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, emergency or illness of the instructor, the class will be rescheduled and you may register for the rescheduled class or another class of the same value within 6 months of the original class date.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Workshops and Conferences

All refund and cancellation policies will be outlined on the individual registration forms for those workshops and conferences.

Refund Policy: DVDs, Charts and Books

Returns are allowed for any DVD or chart that is purchased through this site within 30 days of purchase. There are no returns on books. Please call for details and shipping instructions including return authorization. 

Refund Policy: International Orders

There are no refunds, exchanges, returns, cancellations, refusals on any international order.

Shipping and Delivery Policy: DVDs, Charts and Books

All DVD, book and chart orders will be filled within 10 days of receipt unless out of stock and are mailed through the United States Postal Service. Shipping may take up to 7 days throughout the continental United States and may be longer for international orders. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email that is the case, and when to expect the item to be shipped.
